Shipping policy

UK delivery

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Standard delivery costs £3.99 and usually takes 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Processing times

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During launches or particularly busy periods, processing may take slightly longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address provided at checkout.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, your tracking information will be included in your dispatch confirmation email. Please allow a short time for the tracking link to update after your order has been collected by the delivery provider.

Delivery addresses

Please check that your delivery address is correct before completing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@loolux.co.uk as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed, missing or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please email hello@loolux.co.uk with your name and order number so that we can investigate.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include photographs of the parcel and product where possible.
